By train

From the ‘Termini’ train station, take bus 492 and get off at the ‘Piazza Navona’ stop, located 250 meters away from the hotel. Alternatively, take the subway (METRO line A) to the ‘Spagna’ stop, then take bus 116 and get off at Via Zanardelli, which is less than 200 meters from the hotel.

By Plane

An airport limousine service is available for 60 or 45 euros; otherwise, take a taxi from/to the Fiumicino airport (40 euros) and to/from the Ciampino airport (30 euros). Both airports also have trains (or tour buses) leaving every 30 minutes to the Termini train station (9.50 euros). Upon arrival to the Termini Station, follow the instructions outlined in the “By Train” section.

By car

If coming from Florence/North of Rome or from Naples/South of Rome, take the GRA (Rome’s beltway) towards ‘Aeroporto di Fiumicino – Civitavecchia.’ Take the second exit (number 6) ‘Flaminio – Roma Centro towards Centro/Stadio Olimpico/ San Pietro and continue towards Lungotevere. Once you reach Lungotevere, go through two underpasses and take the access road on the left. At the traffic light, continue straight on following signs to Piazza Navona. Take the second left onto Via Giovanna d’Arco and then left again onto Via della Scrofa: The second road on the left is Via dei Portoghesi. Hotel Portoghesi is located at street number 1.
